All currently active groups are listed on this page. For a quick overview, please download the Group Timetable from this page but note that due to privacy issues we do not publish contact information for the individual groups on the website. Note that even if a group is marked on the timetable in italics as full, it’s worth phoning the Group Leader and putting yourself on the waiting list.  This is because if a regular member of the group advises the Group Leader that they are not attending that month, the Group Leader can call you.  Additionally, even if a group is noted as full one month, there could be places available the next.

Remember:  Without Group Leaders there is no u3a – so please play your part.  If the Group you want to join is full do start your own.  Groups are held either in members’ homes or at OLRS Oaks Lane.

KNIT AND NATTER
Andrea is no longer able to host our Knit and Natter group.  This group was enormously popular so please let me know if you are prepared to start a new group.  Marilyn Hendleman

CHAPS THAT CHAT (Grumpy Old Men) We would really like to introduce a new group for chaps.  We suggest pub visits, sports activities, cheese and wine and beer tastings and coffee shop visits, to name but a few.  If you would like to discuss starting such a group, please contact Marilyn Hendleman

Please can we request that members of our WhatsApp groups ONLY respond to the Organiser to ACCEPT an offer already on the site.  This keeps messages to a minimum and makes it easier for organisational purposes. This is much appreciated.
